UpRiver is a FDA registered, level-3 SQF certified, HACCP & Kosher certified food processing facility located in Miami, Florida with corporate headquarters in Woodville, TX. UpRiver Smokehouse is centrally located in Miami, Florida, strategically positioned near airports and seaports giving us the competitive edge on consistently sourcing only the freshest raw materials.  UpRiver Smokehouse operates in a 15,000 sq./ft. processing facility that brings to market all of our unique product lines made fresh daily.  We currently produce our own line of gourmet products at our plant in addition to servicing several major brands with private labeling and seafood processing.  We offer full production services which include custom smoking, portioning, vaccuumed packaging, inspections, and repacking.  UpRiver processes both large and small production runs and tailors to customer specific needs.

Our Vision

At UpRiver, our vision is to create a truly unique product and change the face of smoked salmon from an Eastern European delicacy to a more prominent American mainstay.  We choose to bring to market many flavor profiles to accentuate our distinctive version of smoked salmon while changing the perception of its utilization in kitchens globally.   We strive to recreate this classic gourmet delicacy in order to capture the interest of all generations.
